A decade of independent CPA practice.
This practice was started in 2016 to serve small-business owners caught between two unsatisfying options: paying premium rates at large firms for the attention of senior partners they rarely saw, or settling for entry-level service from a high-volume retail tax office.
What we built instead is a small CPA practice where the work is done by a CPA. Every engagement is personally managed by a licensed CPA, returns are reviewed and signed by the same CPA who handled them, and the primary point of contact does not change. By design we work with clients anywhere in the US - through secure portals, video calls, and direct CPA access. Many clients have been with us for five years or longer.

Engagements are quoted as a flat monthly or project fee, scoped on the initial call. No hourly billing.

Practice founded
Alex left a Big-4 audit team to start serving Katy-area small businesses directly, with the same CPA on every engagement.
First 50 clients
The practice grew on referrals from local dental practices, contractors, and real-estate investors. Referrals remain the primary source of new clients today.
Multi-state expansion
Added multi-state sales tax and consolidated reporting to support clients scaling across Texas and beyond.
Advisory practice
Added a monthly advisory call program for clients who want strategic financial counsel year-round, not just at tax time.
